Talent Referral

Recommendation process:

1.1 Recommendation of Resumes: Recommended resumes must clearly indicate the recommender and their contact information (both internal and external recommendations are acceptable; any format—WeChat, email, etc.—is permitted). If the recommender is not specified, no referral fee will be paid upon successful hiring.
1.2 The Administration and Human Resources Department conducts an initial screening of resumes and arranges interviews according to the interview procedure.
1.3 Upon successful onboarding of the selected candidate, the referral fee will be paid in installments corresponding to the candidate’s onboarding and probationary period milestones.

Referral reward amount:

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher are eligible for a referral bonus ranging from RMB 800 to RMB 30,000: RMB 800 per person for those with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant work experience; RMB 2,000 per person for those with a master’s degree and at least two years of relevant work experience; and RMB 30,000 per person for candidates holding a doctoral degree or occupying a position at the level of R&D manager or above. The aforementioned academic qualifications refer to full-time, nationally enrolled degrees. Referral bonuses will be awarded in accordance with the company’s “Talent Referral Bonus Scheme.”
